Brookes Geospatial was commissioned to carry out a topographic survey in Kelbrook, Lancashire, for one of our valued returning clients. The scope involved mapping approximately 200 metres of rural roadway, followed by a large open field and associated stable buildings.

The data will be used to support potential development, including the assessment of visibility splays, access design, and general planning feasibility.

Scope of Work

  • Surveyed rural carriageway and verges

  • Full capture of field boundaries, elevations, and existing stable structures

  • Data collected using a combination of:

    • Leica GNSS for open-space efficiency

    • Total Station for tighter control around built features

  • Delivered in 2D CAD format for immediate use by the design team
