Brookes Geospatial is an independent surveying and geospatial company built to make accurate information easier to understand and easier to use.
We support construction, engineering and property projects with topographic surveys, measured building surveys, setting out, monitoring and digital geospatial services.
The aim is simple: deliver excellent work, communicate clearly and give clients real value without making surveying feel complicated.
Where it started
From Assistant Surveyor to Brookes Geospatial.
Founder James Brookes began his career as an Assistant Surveyor within a large multidisciplinary consultancy.
After working across several companies and disciplines, and progressing to Senior Surveyor, it became clear that there was enough experience and technical understanding to build something different.
Brookes Geospatial was created to put that experience into practice and show clients surveying in a different light.
What we believe
Accuracy shouldn't mean difficult.
Survey information can be highly technical without being confusing. A good survey should communicate visually, clearly and confidently — even to someone who has never seen one before.
Accuracy is expected. Clarity is what makes the information useful.
