Brookes Geospatial completed a combined measured building and topographical survey in Colne, Lancashire, creating one coordinated record of the property and its surroundings.
The building survey captured internal layouts, floor levels, openings and external elevations, while the topographical survey recorded the surrounding site, external levels and relevant physical features.
Bringing both datasets together within one survey framework created a practical existing-condition package suitable for design, planning and refurbishment work.
